Yingkou Jin Hai Gang Garment Co., Ltd. is a large-scale joint venture, established on 1st November, 2004 and registered with Yingkou Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau in the same year with the registered capital of RMB32 million.
The company is located in Xiongyue Industrial Park of Yingkou Economic and Technological Development Zone, 4 kilometers away from Bayuquan Port of a National Development Zone, 160 kilometers away from Dalian Port and Dalian Airport, which Shenyang-Dalian Highway, Ha’erbin-Dalian Highway and Ha’erbin-Dalian Railway pass by, with very convenient transportation. The amount of the company’s total investments is RMB63 million, and the company covers an area of 46,500 square meters with the construction area of 43,000 square meters. There are 24 international advanced clothes production lines, and the main equipment is of the best quality imported from such countries as Japan, America and Germany, etc. The annual output quantity of various garments is 2.4 million pieces, with the main products of middle and top grades of western-style suits and leisure suits.
Currently there are 1,700 employees in the company, including 50 administrative staff and 105 professional technicians with strong technical force. There is 2,059 main production equipment including such equipment as cutting machine; lockstitch sewing machine, buttonholing machine, pocket opening machine, button sewing machine, and ironing machine, etc. At present the company has the most advanced production lines for suits in China with advanced equipment.
